SEMH Teacher | Lead Teacher

• QTS teacher, Science, Maths, or Computer Science
• Happy to work in an Alternative Provision with secondary-aged students
• Used to taking the lead and providing some support for other teaching staff
• Able to work closely with the SLT and have an impact
• Confident with behaviour management in very small groups of 6-8

• Well supported by the SLT and in the classroom from LSA’s
• Offered further training and development as part of their ongoing CPD
• Given the opportunity to have an impact with staff and students alike
• Encouraged to work creatively with a high degree of autonomy
