-       A Qualified English Teacher
-       A teacher used to working in an SEND, SEMH or Alternatie Provision 
-       Imagintive approach to planning engaging lessons for very small groups
-       A strong teacher with good classroom management who understand how to differentiate
-       An experienced teacher that is used to engaging pupils at Key Stages 3 & 4
-       Some that wants to join a great team and is perhaps looking for better work life balnce
