NQT/ECT or QTS English of Media Studies Teacher required to work with secondary-aged SEMH children who face barriers to learning and need a special type of teacher to make an impact of their outcomes moving forward in life. Workng in a well supported environment with very small groups and within a curriculum that driven by both academic and therapeutic outcomes.

We are looking for:
-       An NQT/ECT or QTS Teacher used to working in an SEND or SEMH setting 
-       A strong teacher with good classroom management skills and who exudes empathy 
-       An experienced teacher that is used to engaging pupils at Key Stages 3 & 4 with barriers to learning 
-       Someone who always puts the students first, who finds ways to engage them in learning, who is always on their side
-       Fun, good role model and someone that can inspire a love of learning however limited the capacity of the student is
-       A Team player with a creative approach to lessons and who wants to make a difference
