The Role: Work across the school on a part-time basis, providing a mixture of 1:1 support, small-group intervention, and general classroom assistance. You will help pupils stay engaged, reinforce learning in core subjects, prepare simple resources, and work closely with teaching staff to support day-to-day progress.
The Candidate: You are adaptable, encouraging, and able to explain ideas clearly to primary-aged pupils. You want meaningful classroom experience, enjoy helping children build confidence in their learning, and are keen to develop the practical skills needed for a future in teaching.
Requirements- Degree – A 2:2 or above in a creative subject.
- Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
- Career Goals – A desire to train as a teacher and build a long-term career in education.
