The Role:
Provide a mix of 1:1 support, small-group intervention, and general classroom assistance across the school day. You will help pupils stay engaged, reinforce learning in core subjects, prepare simple resources, and work closely with the class teacher to support steady academic progress.
 
The Candidate:
You are adaptable, encouraging, and able to explain ideas clearly to primary-aged pupils. You want meaningful classroom experience, enjoy helping children build confidence in their learning, and are keen to develop the practical skills needed for a future in teaching.
 
Requirements

• Degree – A 2:2 or above in a creative subject.
• Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Career Goals – A desire to train as a teacher and build a long-term career in education.
