Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
 
Are you a graduate interested in pursuing a career in SEN education?
 
Do you have experience of supporting primary students who require additional help and support?
 
The schools broad and balanced curriculum is creative and fun and is taught through exciting projects both inside and outside of the classroom. They regularly have visitors into school to bring learning to life. They also have a range of experts, such as music teachers and dance teachers to further enhance children’s learning.
 
*** SEN Teaching Assistant x2
*** GR2 TA salary - £70/£80 per day
*** Immediate start – long term opportunity
*** Fantastic SEN school, based in Central Birmingham
***  1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
 
An SEN Teaching Assistant is required at this fantastic special school, catering for pupils with various special educational needs between the ages of 2 and 11 years. The pupils all have additional health, physical or social and emotional needs. The post will be within the Primary Department of the school and will include academic support, social, emotional and mental health support, physical care, intimate care support and behaviour management.
 
The aim is to “inspire” a passion for learning and success in all that they do. They believe that to prepare children for the future, they are entitled to the best standards in education, combined with excellent pastoral care to ensure that all children fulfil their potential.
