Teaching Assistant – Formal training available through The Graduate Network
 
Are you a bubbly and enthusiastic graduate who is looking to gain experience in a primary school, prior to starting a teacher training course in 2022?
 
Could you utilise your skills and knowledge and help raise the attainment levels to pupils in a fantastic Year 6 class?
 
*** Teaching Assistant – Year 6
*** £65 - £70 per day
*** Immediate start – July 2022 (DBS pending)
*** ‘Outstanding’ 2-form entry primary school, Kings Heath
*** 1:1 and small group work
 
If I was looking to gain experience in a primary school, prior to teacher training… I’d definitely apply for this Teaching Assistant role.
 
Your main duties include working on a 1:1 and small group basis with Year 6 pupils, taking them out of the classroom, helping raise attainment levels and bridging the gap between them and their peers.
 
The school is a wonderful family orientated 2-form entry primary, situated in the Kings Heath area. The school is easily accessible via public transport (Bus), with the bus stop situated directly outside the schools main entrance.
 
This is the perfect opportunity for a graduate who wants to learn the ropes and see what it is like to be a teacher.
