Job Role:

• Teaching English to small classes of students with SEND
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Supporting students to develop literacy, communication and confidence
• Creating a structured, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Working closely with a skilled team of Teaching Assistants
• Using a range of resources and strategies to meet individual needs
• Assessing, monitoring and recording student progress
• Contributing to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
