We are on the search for an individual who has exceptional experience working with special educational needs. A lovely school in Birmingham needs a friendly, caring individual who can provide outstanding support to an individual with autism. The children are well behaved but just need an extra help with their individual needs.
The role will require you to provide 1:1 support and some whole class support. Managing classroom behaviour and supporting the teacher with day-to-day tasks such as setting up the classroom with materials.
