Some Schools around Dudley are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to start immediately on a full time basis. The school goes above and beyond to ensure the individuals with special needs are being supported and are achieving the best outcome. The staff wants someone who has a bubbly personality and resilient attitude to join their outstanding team. You will need to have experience working with children who have special needs and a minimum of level 3 teaching qualification.
The role will require you to support the teacher in a whole class basis and to provide amazing 1:1 support to an individual with special needs. You will need to help manage the classroom behaviour and track individual’s progress. Building strong professional relationships with the children is most important to make them feel safe and looked after. Day-to-day duties within the classroom will also be expected of you to help out with.
