We are looking for an amazing, experienced teaching assistant who can provide outstanding support in a classroom environment. You will need to be able to build professional relationships with both staff and children to be able to give fantastic 1:1 support to certain individuals. The school is based in Halesowen and is a lovely small school that achieves high level learning across the curriculum.
 
You will be required to help the teacher set up the classroom in the mornings, and with any other everyday duties. You will need to help manage individuals’ behaviour and their individual progress. To be perfect for this role you will need to have at least 6 months experience within a classroom and a fantastic, creative personality to be able to get along with the children and make learning engaging.
