We are on the search for an experienced Teaching Assistant to help support across the KS3 learning curriculum. You must be enthusiastic, highly motivated and be able to manage classroom behaviour. The school is based in Sandwell and is well known for its high standards and high attendance. Staff are welcoming and supportive and thrive to ensure every individual are performing well.
 
For this role you will need to work with the teacher by supporting them within the classroom either doing 1:1 support with an individual or providing support to the whole classroom. You must be passionate about helping others and have good communication skills. You will also be required to set up the classroom with materials ready for lessons to begin.
