In the area of Birmingham there are some amazing opportunities available for Teaching Assistants. We are on the search for experienced Teaching Assistants who have a passion for helping teach across the primary curriculum. There are many transportation options to get to and from Birmingham and the schools are easy to access.
The role will include setting up materials ready for lessons to take place, supporting the teacher with classroom behaviour and providing 1:1 support as well as whole classroom support. You will need to be organised, confident with children and be able to keep children engaged with activities. It is also important that you can build good relationships with the staff and the children to maintain the high standard of learning and behaviour in the school.
