An outstanding school in Birmingham are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant. You will need to be able to work effectively in small class groups and with individuals on a 1:1 basis. The role will require you to support the class teacher in lessons with behaviour management and setting up the classroom with appropriate materials.
 
You will need to be organised, creative and have a bubbly personality who can build good relationships with the children and other staff members. If you are able to interact with children and help support them to achieve their best and you enjoy providing amazing support in the learning curriculum, then this could be the perfect role for you!
