We are in the search for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to work in small class groups or with individuals on a 1:1 basis. The school is based in the Central of Birmingham and is well known for its outstanding learning curriculum. Staff are loving and supportive and go above and beyond to help every individual to achieve their best.
For this role you will need to motivate and support individuals to ensure they’re focused and engaged, liaise with staff and other professionals to provide information about pupils as appropriate, support individuals in social and emotional well-being and reporting problems to the teacher and building professional relationships with both peers and pupils.
