The Education Network are currently looking to recruit a Year 1 teacher to cover for the entirety of the academic year from September 2021 until July 2022.
The role is to cover a planned maternity absence of a permanent member of staff. You will be based in year 1 with full responsibility for every aspect of primary education including planning, preparation and assessment.
The school are a long standing partnership primary of ours and we have always received excellent feedback regarding their professionalism and inclusiveness with candidates often brought in before the summer to meet their class and forge some relationships with colleagues and SLT.
To be considered for the role we ask that the following criteria be met in full:
-You must be willing to complete registration with ourselves so that you are clear to work in primary schools from a compliance perspective.
-You must be qualified teach primary education within the UK
-Relevant experience working with upper key stage 2 pupils is essential
-Full and clear DBS check preferably on the online update system (or be willing to undertake one)
-Have genuine enthusiasm and care for the development of children in an educational setting
-professional references that cover you for the last 2 years (one of which must be education based)
-Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
