Do you have experinece in supporting young children with SEMH? Are you keen to make a positive contribution to the education of Primary aged children?
The Education Network are currently supporting a number of Primary Schools and Academies within the Scunthorpe area who are in need of Teaching Assistants on both a day to day and longer term basis who are experienced with supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health.
If successful, you will be responsible for supporting children across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 on a group and individual basis.
The successful candidate must have experience of working with pupils in an education or similar setting and have experience of supporting children with challenging behaviour. Team Teach training is advantageous, although not essential.
In order to be successful for this role, you must:
- Hold a minimum Level 2 TA Certificate (or equivalent)
- Have recent experience supporting children within an education setting
- Have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build a professional rapport with children and staff
- Be committed to making a positive contribution to the education of all pupils
