The Education Network are recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to join this large secondary academy in Sheffield with immediate effect.


This would be a great opportunity for a recent graduate who has some experience working with children and young people.

As a behaviour mentor in this school, you’ll be working as part of a well-run pastoral team who are passionate about ensuring that their pupils are given the right support where necessary.


You’ll be working with groups of learners from KS3 to KS4, so it’s essential that you’ve had some previous experience in this area.  Not only working in a group setting, but also on a 1:1 basis, you’ll be providing interventions for these learners, helping with booster sessions and particular areas of work.


The Education Network are looking to appoint someone who is confident and sure of their ability to make an impact.  You must be able to work well with children and young people and be a strong team player.  Communication is key in this role, and being able to articulate yourself clearly.
