Requirements:
- At least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree.
- Enthusiasm surrounding the learning and achievement of young learners.
- A drive to pursue a career in education.
- Commitment to following strict safeguarding policies.
- Prior experience of supporting pupils, or working in a school setting, is preferable.
The Role
As a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1-2-1 and small group interventions to improve the attainment of under-achieving KS2 pupils as they approach their SAT examinations. It is essential that you build strong bonds with both staff and pupils, and you will achieve this by assisting staff in the coordination of extra-curricular activities and partaking in activities with the wider school community.
