The Ideal Candidate:

• A bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field.
• Passion for the education and development of KS2 pupils.
• Commitment to following strict safeguarding procedures.
• Previous experience of supporting pupils, or working in a school setting, is preferable.

 
The Role
As a KS2 Academic Coach, you will be responsible for the 1-2-1 and small group support of pupils aged 7-11 to ensure that their progression levels rise as they approach their SAT examinations. This role is perfect for a graduate who aspires to lead a successful career in education as you will get a feel for day-to-day school life and an understanding of the teaching world. To be successful in this KS2 Academic Coach role, it is essential that you enthusiastically partake in activities with the wider school community to create a positive learning environment.
