To be successful in this KS2 Teaching Assistant role, you will have studied education, or a related subject, at degree level and will be motivated to lead a successful teaching career. You will have a passion for the learning of young pupils and a drive to support pupils to achieve their full potential. You must have an adaptable and welcoming personality to work effectively alongside this talented staff body.
 
This KS2 Teaching Assistant role will consist of assisting teaching staff in preparing and delivering stimulating lessons and providing pupils who require extra support with 1-2-1 and small group interventions. You will act as a primary source of academic support for under-achieving KS2 pupils and endeavour to raise progression levels as pupils approach their SATs.
