The Education Network is working exclusively with a local Alternative Provision that is looking for an experienced PE Instructor to join the team in readiness for September.
This role is ideal for a PE Instructor with good classroom management skills and excellent subject knowledge. You will be teaching small classes of no more than 10 Key Stage 3 & 4 students, allowing for more freedom when planning lessons. Students at this AP take a particular interest in PE, meaning there is a higher level of engagement in this subject.
- Teaching PE to small classes of KS3 & 4 students
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Using the local facilities to deliver a diverse range of lessons
- Use sport to emphasise team work and commitment
Ideally you will:
- Be a qualified QTS/QTLS PE Teacher
- Have experience working within a similar setting
- Have a good range of classroom management techniques
- Want to make a difference
- Be open to progression opportunities
