Job Details

We are currently working with a large and inclusive secondary school in West Newcastle to recruit an admin assistant to assist with day to day office and financing tasks such as invoicing, receiving and checking orders, process cash/income into system and dealing with financial requests and queries. Responding to telephone and email correspondance would also make up a large part of the role.

To be considered for the role we ask that candidiates have previous experience in a similar role and ideally though not essentially have experience of working in a school or college environment before.

To process your application with it being regulated activity within a school a full DBS must be processed if you dont already have one.

The contract would be initially for 10 month but could be extended upon expiry depending on several factors including but not exclusively the candidates performance.
