SENCO

Our School is looking to find a SENCO to help join their OFTED "Outstanding" team to help make sure that all children are able to get the help they need to get the most out of their education. The School has an excellent reputation for it's facilities and academic results and are looking for a SENCO with the right experience to be able to help all students reach the same standards. 

Hope you are all keeping safe. Despite what Covid 19 has visited upon us we still have Schools that are in a position to hire for September and we are actively working on their behalf.  Processes round registrations and interviews will be slightly different but we need to pull together to ensure we fill roles that will be vital to educating the children we serve.

The most suitable candidate will have good experience with the role and will be comfortable leading as well as working as a team. The best candidate will also be very capable with their communication so as to not only effectively communicate with he students but also their parents and other guardians. 

As a SENCO, you will be:

  • Qualified as a SENCO 
  • Experienced in working in secondary schools 
  • Ready to start in September 
  • Keen to help all students achieve
