Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one and group support to SEMH pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each pupil's development.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs.
- A compassionate and patient approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with students.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
