Would you like to work in a mainstream secondary school, supporting on a 1:1 basis?
 
*** Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
*** £75-£85 per day
*** Immediate start, until July 2022
*** Mainstream secondary school based in Coventry
*** ADHD support on a 1:1 basis
 
This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role is to support a child with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), on a 1:1 basis. Knowledge of ADHD is a must, and the role would be ideal for a psychology graduate who is looking to go into educational or clinical psychology.
 
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a condition that affects people's behaviour. People with ADHD can seem restless, may have trouble concentrating and may act on impulse
 
The school is situated in Coventry and although it is a mainstream school, it has a high proportion of students with special educational needs (higher than the national average).
