The Education Network are looking for a Cover Supervisor to work in a Mainstream Secondary School in Sandwell. Teaching students at KS3 & KS4, one to one, small groups and classes, delivering prepared lessons, keeping students on task, and managing behaviour.

The position requires a strong minded and resilient candidate who can demonstrate strategies to manage behaviour and build relationships.
The school has an excellent supportive department. You need to be will hit the ground running and be able manage classes independently. Someone with experience in challenging/disruptive behaviour and an outgoing personality would suit this role. It is essential you are not afraid of a contest and can offer strength & positivity to the students and gain their respect.

Qualifications Required: 6+ Months minimum school teaching experience
Salary: £70-£80 per day
Hours: 8:15-4:15 Monday to Friday
Location: Birmingham
