We are looking for some enthusiastic and motivated Cover Supervisors to join our growing South Birmingham team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop experience in the classroom, whilst getting to know some of the different schools throughout South Birmingham.
The ideal person should be confident in their classroom management abilities and able to supervise work completion and behaviour. The role does not include any planning or marking, and is flexible around your own schedule.
We work with lots of different Birmingham schools, and you will be working on a regular, long term basis. This means that you can choose your own working schedule to fit into and around your life. Being a Cover Supervisor offers a unique experience and can open the door to qualifying to become a teacher.
Ideally you will:-
- Have a degree or equivalent level qualification
- Be able to travel to different schools in Birmingham
- Happy to provide cover for any subject
- Hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one
