This position is available for an immediate start and will run until the end of the academic year.

Salary: £155 - £215

Role Overview: As a French Teacher at this school, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective French lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. You will have the opportunity to inspire a love for language learning and support students in achieving their full potential in French. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards and excellent results of this school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality French lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, ensuring coverage of the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Modern Foreign Languages department to share best practices and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching French at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to the ethos and values of our faith-based school.
