Are you a Newly Qualified Science Teacher looking for your first steps into teaching? Are you passionate about your subject, and keen to work in a Good/Outstanding school? The Education Network is currently recruiting for an NQT Science Teacher to teach Key Stage 3 & 4 at an aspiring secondary school in Birmingham. Facilities are excellent, behaviour has improved, and you will receive a high level of support from both your mentor and the SLT.

This role is ideal for a Science NQT who is looking to kick-start their career at a performing school that has a track record of academic excellence. As an NQT you will be joining a Science Department that are passionate about teaching and love their subject.

Job Role:

  • Delivering GCSE Science
  • Managing low level disruption
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Working closely with the SLT & HoD
  • Making learning FUN and challenging for students
