• Pay: £175 – £250 per day (dependent on experience)

 
The Role
An Ofsted-rated Good secondary school is seeking an experienced and motivated Maths Teacher to join their department from April 2026 on a full-time, long-term supply basis. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering well-structured lessons that support pupils in developing strong numeracy and problem-solving skills.
The role will include planning and delivering lessons, assessing pupil progress, and supporting students in preparing for GCSE-level work. The school is looking for a teacher who can maintain high expectations in the classroom while creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
 
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
• Have experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
• Be confident delivering GCSE Maths content
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
• Be organised, reliable, and focused on improving pupil outcomes
