The Role
A secondary school in Staffordshire is looking to appoint a knowledgeable and engaging Business Studies Teacher from April 2026 on a long-term supply basis. The successful candidate will deliver Business Studies across the secondary curriculum, supporting pupils in developing a strong understanding of enterprise, finance, and the wider business environment.
The role includes planning and delivering lessons, assessing pupil progress, and preparing students for exam-based content. The school is seeking a teacher who can create engaging lessons while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
 
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Have experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and lesson delivery
• Have effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be organised, adaptable, and committed to pupil progress
