The Role
We are recruiting a driven and capable Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Solihull from February 2026. This long-term supply position involves teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, delivering structured, well-paced lessons that develop fluency, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
You will take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, marking and assessment, with a clear focus on supporting GCSE progress and raising attainment across mixed-ability classes.
 
The Candidate
You must hold QTS or be an ECT with strong subject knowledge and confident classroom management. The ideal candidate will be organised, resilient and able to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners. A clear understanding of GCSE assessment objectives and data-driven intervention strategies is desirable.
