The Role
We are seeking a confident and committed Maths Teacher to join a Good-rated secondary school in Redditch from February 2026. This supply position involves teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, delivering clear, structured lessons that build fluency, reasoning and exam confidence. Full teaching responsibilities apply, including planning, marking and assessment, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards and consistent progress.
 
The Candidate
You’ll hold QTS or be an ECT, with secure subject knowledge and a strong understanding of the KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum. The school is looking for someone organised, proactive and confident in managing behaviour, with the ability to challenge and support students across a range of abilities. A clear commitment to raising attainment is essential.
