The Role
We are looking for a flexible and reliable Supply Teacher to provide day-to-day cover across secondary schools in Telford from February 2026. This role involves supervising lessons across a variety of subjects, maintaining classroom engagement and behaviour, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the usual teacher. No planning or marking is required, making this ideal for someone seeking flexible work in a school environment.
The Candidate
You will be organised, adaptable, and confident working with secondary school pupils. Strong behaviour management skills, professionalism, and the ability to follow existing lesson plans are essential. Previous classroom experience is desirable, but enthusiasm and reliability are the most important qualities.
