The Role
A secondary school in Redditch is seeking a committed Business Studies Teacher to join their team from January 2026 on a long-term supply basis. The role involves delivering engaging and curriculum-aligned Business Studies lessons, supporting pupils to develop commercial awareness, analytical skills, and exam confidence.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing progress, and maintaining a focused and productive classroom environment. This opportunity is well suited to both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to secure consistent teaching experience within a supportive school setting.
 
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS or be an ECT
• Have strong subject knowledge in Business Studies
• Be confident teaching KS3 and/or KS4 (depending on timetable)
• Demonstrate effective behaviour and classroom management
• Be reliable, organised, and committed to raising attainment
