The Role
A secondary school in Dudley is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled English Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This long-term assignment involves teaching English across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students to develop strong literacy skills and a love of literature.
You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, track progress, and support students to achieve their full potential in reading, writing, and analytical skills.
 
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and confident English specialist who can:

• Teach English at KS3 and KS4
• Engage and motivate learners of all abilities
• Deliver creative and differentiated lessons
• Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
• Work collaboratively within a supportive department
