• Contract: Flexible day-to-day cover
• Pay: £175 – £195 per day (no planning or marking)
• Subjects: General cover across a range of subjects
• Start Date: January 2026

 
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Supply Teacher to provide classroom cover across secondary schools in Solihull. This role involves supervising students and delivering pre-prepared work across a variety of subjects, ensuring lessons run smoothly in the absence of the class teacher.
This position offers flexibility and variety, ideal for those who enjoy supporting different departments, year groups, and school settings.
 
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be:

• Confident working with KS3 & KS4 pupils
• Reliable, organised, and adaptable
• Able to maintain positive classroom behaviour
• Comfortable covering a range of subjects
• Professional and able to follow school policies
