The Role
A secondary school in Solihull is looking for a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisor to support KS3 and KS4 pupils. The role involves supervising classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students complete pre-prepared work effectively.
This position offers flexibility, with opportunities for both long-term and day-to-day cover, providing variety and experience across different subjects and year groups.
 
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and capable of managing behaviour while keeping students engaged. You should be:

• Experienced in classroom supervision
• Confident managing KS3 & KS4 pupils
• Reliable, adaptable, and professional
• Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
