The Role
We are seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Birmingham on a temp-to-perm basis. You will be responsible for supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and maintain positive behaviour. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build long-term experience within a school setting, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
 
The Candidate
You’ll be an organised and proactive individual with experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting. Strong behaviour management skills, clear communication, and the ability to follow lesson plans confidently are essential.
