The Role
You will join a well-resourced Science department with a strong track record of results at both GCSE and Triple Science levels. The successful candidate will be expected to plan and deliver lessons that are engaging, differentiated, and aligned with the national curriculum. You will also be responsible for assessing progress, supporting students of varying ability levels, and contributing to a collaborative and ambitious team environment.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with solid experience teaching Science at secondary level. A strong knowledge of the curriculum – particularly in delivering GCSE and Triple Science content – is essential. You should be a proactive and adaptable professional who can build strong rapport with students and contribute positively to school life. ECTs with excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom presence are welcome to apply.
