Cover Supervisor
Sandwell | £500–£750 per week | Long-term & day-to-day roles available
 
We are currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Sandwell. With both long-term and day-to-day opportunities available, this is a great chance to gain valuable classroom experience and support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering pre-set work to classes in the absence of the regular teacher. You will manage the classroom, ensure pupils remain on task, and maintain school behaviour policies. No planning or marking is required – your role is to keep lessons running smoothly and students engaged.
 
The Candidate
This role is ideal for:
  • Graduates considering a future in teaching
  • Experienced Cover Supervisors or Teaching Assistants
  • Confident individuals with strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Candidates with flexibility and a positive, proactive approach
  • Experience working with young people is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided.
