Job Description
Pastoral Lead – This is more than a job it is a commitment to make a difference in an SEN School that puts the children and young adults they support first. This wonderful setting has been curated to create a safe and welcoming space for SEN students to learn, develop key communication skills, build confidence, and get ready for life after school.

As a Pastoral Lead, you will be an integral part of the SLT where you will lead on: -
  • Behaviour, welfare and attendance working with staff, parents and third party agencies.
  • The creation of a welcoming learning environment where students and staff feel part of something special.
  • Creating, underpinning, and driving safeguarding and policy across school,
  • Leading on positive processes to include managing behaviour, and wellbeing.
  • Supporting and managing the support team to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Help develop a culture that builds confidence and engagement.
 You will be: -
  • A qualified, Pastoral Lead or Designate Safeguarding Lead.
  • Able to work as the Pastoral Lead across school.
  • Totally committed to the future prospects of the children and young adults you support.
  • Used to managing and implementing policy to include managing complex data.
  • You will bring a smile to this role and be part of something amazing.
