Job Description
interim Headteacher - This is a key role in support of the growth of this school as part of an SEND trust.  You must be a Headteacher, who has a track record working in a SEND setting, able to demonstrate tenure and evidence progress made in your roles on either an interim or permanent basis.

Working with a strong team you will be able to lead and develop strategy to ensure the school continues to make progress, and achieve predicted growth for 2025-2026 in partnership with the Trust. 
 
This is a specialist setting supporting children and young adults with SEND and associated challenges. You will be used to managing processes in a similar setting to include complex management information.
 
You will be: A Headteacher with SEND experience.
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of success in an interim or permanent post.
  • An exceptional communicator able to give clear direction to the teaching and learning team.
  • Experienced in strategic planning, development and achieving results.
  • Confident in developing growth plans and working with third parties to include the Trust to ensure targets are met.
  • Must be able to lead on all aspects of school life to include developing the impact of the SLT.
  • NPQH or NPQSL.
  • QTS.
