Job Description
School Exams officer required for an Ofsted outstanding Birmingham School. We are looking for an experienced Exams Officer or someone with extensive school based administration experience to join a fantastic administration team at this lovely school. We are seeking an Examinations Officer who will be responsible for all of the internal and external examinations at the school, ensuring full compliance with the Awarding Body.

This small school gives the successful applicant the opportunity to focus on supporting a reduced number of students through the examination process, hopefully resulting in a better work-life balance. This is a fantastic  opportunity for an Examinations Officer to join an established and friendly team with outstanding standards. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the running of internal and external examinations
  • Managing student data
  • Plan and coordinate set up for examinations
  • Liaising with the Awarding Body for each exam
  • Ensuring that paperwork is submitted correctly
  • Managing a small team of exam invigilators
  • Providing administration support where required
  • Working with the teaching and leadership staff to ensure the examination process runs smoothly
