QTS Primary Teacher - Primary Lead required to work with SEND and SEMH children who face barriers to learning and need a special type of teacher to make an impact of their outcomes moving forward in school life. Workng in a well supported environment with very small groups and within a curriculum that driven by both academic and therapeutic outcomes. Plenty of lovely TA's.

This school is an Ofsted “Good” Alternative Provision that have been praised for their dynamic and progressive approach to education. We are looking for:
-       QTS Primary Teacher used to working in an SEND or SEMH setting 
-       A strong teacher with good classroom management skills and who exudes empathy 
-       An experienced teacher that is used to engaging primary-aged with barriers to learning 
-       Someone who always puts the students first, who finds ways to engage them in learning, who is always on their side
-       Fun, good role model and someone that can inspire a love of learning however limited the capacity of the student is
-       A Team player with a creative approach to lessons and who wants to make a difference
