*** £85 - £102 per day
*** Immediate start until July 2027
*** Primary school based in Cradley Heath
*** 1:1, small-group and general TA duties across lower KS2
 
The Role:
As a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across lower KS2 through 1:1 guidance, small-group work and general classroom duties. You will help children understand tasks, stay focused during lessons and develop greater confidence in their learning. You will also work closely with the class teacher to support classroom routines and encourage positive engagement.
 
The Candidate:
This role will suit a creative graduate who is patient, reliable and keen to develop their classroom experience. You should be confident supporting pupils at different ability levels, able to explain learning clearly and willing to get involved in all areas of school life. This is a strong opportunity for someone considering teacher training or a future career in primary education.
 
Requirements

• 2:2 degree or above in a creative subject.
  • A genuine interest in lower KS2 education and pupil development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain tasks clearly.
  • A patient, proactive and encouraging approach in the classroom.
  • Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
