The Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support KS2 pupils with their learning, confidence and classroom routines. You will work alongside the class teacher to provide guidance during lessons, help pupils stay organised and encourage positive engagement with tasks. You will also support individuals and small groups who need extra help to understand key concepts.
 
The Candidate:
This role will suit a creative graduate who can bring calm encouragement and practical support into the classroom. You should be able to explain ideas clearly, build positive relationships with pupils and help children feel more confident in their learning. This is a strong opportunity for someone considering a future in primary teaching or education.
 
Requirements
- 2:2 degree or above in a creative subject.
- A genuine interest in supporting pupils across KS2.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain learning clearly.
- A patient, proactive and encouraging approach in the classroom.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
