For this Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role you will need a degree, a bubbly and energetic personality and a natural ability to form and maintain strong and healthy relationships with the children. You must be able to lead fun groups to keep the children engaged in the learning. For this role you must want to pursue a career in education.
 
In this role you will be leading 1:1 and small group interventions with KS1 & KS2 pupils. These groups will be with the underachieving pupils that may struggle to contribute to a large classroom and benefit more from a small group. You will be given a lesson plan to go off, so its your job to work with that and create a fun and interesting group.
