SEN Teaching Assistant
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who can support a Reception child on a EHCP?
Could you provide 1:1 support to a child with special educational needs?

*** SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary
*** £70 - £80 per day
*** School based just south of Birmingham City Centre
*** 1:1 support for a child in Reception on a EHCP
*** Immediate start, 5 days week until February Half Term
This SEN Teaching Assistant role is to support a child on a EHCP (Education Health and Care Plan, on a 1:1 basis. Knowledge of SEN is a must, and the role would be ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is looking to go into educational or clinical psychology.
The child will be starting school in Reception and is ASC and non-verbal. Very energetic, loves to play and needs someone who can keep up!
The school is situated just south of Birmingham City Centre, just outside the clear air zone. Although it is a mainstream school, it has a high proportion of students with special educational needs (higher than the national average).
